A city by the sea naturally has fishing and mussel festivals. Fishing villages such as Bruinisse and Zierikzee turn the entire village upside down once a year. You can then sail on the boats, see how fish and shellfish are prepared and of course taste them. The mussel village Yerseke has an annual mussel day that tens of thousands of people come to.
Berkenhof Tropical Zoo
There is a lot to experience in the mini jungle of Berkenhof Tropical Zoo This is great fun for all animal lovers. You can see the iguanas, dwarf caimans and, among other things, the tarantula up close. Still a bit creepy? Of course, the animals can also be admired from a distance.
In Berkenhof's Restaurant you can take a break from your exciting jungle adventures while enjoying a drink with something delicious.

For the nature lover, walking in the Bare Foot Path is always a success. The barefoot path makes walking in the woods more fun. Follow the 2.5 km long trail that runs through Landgoed Levensberg. With your bare feet you can feel the warm soft sand or the moist subsoil of the forest, so take off your shoes and socks and enjoy! The barefoot path is located in Bergen op Zoom. Delta Park Neeltje Jans
Come to Zeeland, enjoy a whole day of sea creatures, spectacular attractions and see everything about the Delta Works! Deltapark Neeltje Jans is located in a prime location in the middle of the sea, surrounded by the beautiful Zeeland nature. Watch the seal show or slide down the slides when the weather is nice. Anyone who goes to Yerseke should definitely take a cruise at Marstrand canal cruises. Marstrand offers several complete cruises for both individual visitors and groups. The boats are all on one level, so no stairs to the tap! They also have a disabled toilet on board. The crew makes all round trips a real experience, giving a live explanation for each round trip and letting you taste the Oosterschelde for yourself.

The family company de Oesterbaron organizes boat trips on the Oosterschelde. Sail on oyster ship YE-7 C'est la vie and take a look at the life of an oyster farmer in Zeeland. An exclusive experience live on the Oosterschelde!
Oyster trips are possible every day (June to September) at 3:00 PM. Advance reservation is required. The boat trips are based on sufficient participation and depending on the weather conditions. For groups, they offer mussel meals and serve various snacks. A luxurious and above all unique experience for the oyster lovers among us.

Kitesurfing is a challenging water sport and a very fun activity! Before you know it you will be on the kiteboard and making the first meters! During a kitesurfing lesson we start with a short piece of theory about wind, weather and safety. You will learn how to rig the kite, how the safety system works and experience the ultimate feeling of kitesurfing. Are you looking for a little more peace and quiet during your holiday? Come SUP with us! SUPing is a sport that is suitable for almost everyone. It may feel a bit wobbly at first, but within a few minutes you too will be stable on your SUP board and enjoy the peace and quiet on the water while paddling.
