Arrival Departure
If you want to check in outside the normal check-in hours, we would like to ask you to contact us on 0166 – 66 27 27.
It is possible to pay the remaining amount of your booking upon arrival.
It is often possible to check out later. Ask at the reception about our options for a late check-out.

Facilities & Environment
Trampoline Park: High Season: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Low Season: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Swimming pool: high season: 09:30 to 10:00 for the adults to swim laps. From 10:00 the children are also welcome. The pool closes at 8:00 PM. In low season, the pool is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Hygiene is our top priority. House chalets and hotel rooms are thoroughly cleaned after every booking. The sanitary building is also cleaned 3 to 4 times in high season.
Payment & Invoicing
If you have booked you will immediately receive the invoice. 50% of this must be paid in advance 8 days after booking. The other 50% may be paid in cash or by card on arrival.
