On the Zeeland island of Tholen, you can camp in various accommodations during a holiday at camping Scherpenisse in your own country. From the campsite you can walk via our own entrance to the sandy beach on the Oosterschelde. And because Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands, it is a good place to stay on the cute intimate beaches at the campsite. Keep your eyes open during a walk on the beach, because seals are regularly seen in the Oosterschelde. We also border directly on the Pluimpot nature reserve, where you can find a bird watching spot.

We offer various camping options at our campsite in Scherpenisse. For example, you can opt for simple camping spots on a tractor field where you are provided with water, electricity and drainage. Or you can opt for a little more privacy on a comfort pitch of at least 150 m2, with three parts separated by a green partition. In both cases you can make free use of our sanitary building, which is fully equipped with a men's, women's and children's side. It can also be used for the disabled.

These are equipped with running water, electricity, drainage and free wifi. You also have free access to our sanitary building. In addition, there are also beautiful Bungalows where you can stay.
In addition, we also have the option of buying a permanent mobile home or placing it on one of our permanent annual pitches . We have about 300 of these annual pitches. If you choose to take an annual pitch, you are welcome at our campsite all year round. The camping season runs from mid-March to the first week of November. If you also want to stay at the campsite during the weekends and/or holidays in the winter months, this is possible for a fee.
Finally, we also have luxuriously furnished chalets in our chalet park, this is for extra luxurious camping. You can even choose to buy one of our Wellness Villas with a heated pool and/or jacuzzi.
