You do not need to have experience at the reception, because we are happy to teach you. We do expect you to be open and spontaneous, you have no problem speaking to someone. In addition, we think it is important that you:

- are enthusiastic
- are customer-friendly
- act solution-oriented
- have an eye for detail
- are accurate
- speak English and German (pre)

In the low season your day starts at 10:00 AM & in the high season at 09:30 AM. You start by checking and answering the mailbox. When this is done and all possible last minute reservations have been processed, you can see which guests are coming in and out that day. In the meantime you help other guests who pass by in the reception. The first campers will check in from 13:00 and the tenants of the chalets arrive from 15:00. You provide a warm welcome and you explain everything well and clearly. Then you bring the guests by bicycle or golf cart to the correct camping pitch / chalet.

You will work together with the other managers and owner of the holiday park in the reception and in the park.
You are jointly responsible for: – managing the reservations
– speaking to guests and providing information at the reception
– rental of bicycles & E-choppers
– checking in and out of the guests, all guests are personally taken to their camping pitch or chalet
- managing and planning for cleaning

In short, you are responsible that everything at the park runs smoothly and that the guests experience a pleasant holiday.

The park is run by 3 women. The owner Eva, manager Sharella & assistant manager Janneke. Janneke & Sharella are both in their early 30s, so you will join a young, fresh & very close-knit team. Because we work in such a small team, you have a lot of responsibility. The park is still in full development, so we are looking for people who can help the team and the park grow even more.
