Arrival & departure

We do not know exactly what time we will arrive, is this a problem?

If you wish to check in outside normal check-in times we would like to ask you to contact us at 0166 - 66 27 27.

We still need to pay on arrival, is this possible?

It is possible to pay the remaining amount of your booking upon arrival.

Is a late check-out possible?

However, it is often possible to check out later. Ask at the front desk about our late check-out options.

Until what time can we check in and out?

Camping site

Check-in high season between 13:00 - 20:00 hours
Check out high season before 11:00 am
Check-in low season between 13:00 - 18:00
Check out low season before 11:00 am

Rental

Check-in high season between 15:00 - 20:00 hours
Check out high season before 10:00 am
Check-in low season between 15:00 - 18:00

Booking

Are only traveling youth allowed to stay at your park?

A booking must always have at least 1 person 18 years of age or older present.

I would like to book by phone, is this possible?

Unfortunately, we do not take bookings by phone. However, you can email us at info@vakantiepark-dezeeuwseparel.nl or you can book online through the search-and-book.

Paying & billing

Do we have to pay all at once or can we do this with a partial payment?

Once you have booked you will immediately receive the invoice. Of this, 50% must be paid in advance 8 days after booking. The remaining 50% may be paid on arrival in cash or by pin.

Cancellations & changes

I want to add additional people, how can I do that?

If you would like to add an extra person to your booking, the best way to request this is by email at info@vakantiepark-dezeeuwseparel.nl.

We would like to change our date, is this possible?

Facilities & Surroundings

What are the opening hours of the facilities?

Our regular business hours are listed in our app.

How often is everything cleaned?

Hygiene is our top priority. House chalets and hotel rooms are thoroughly cleaned after every booking. Also in high season the sanitary building is cleaned 3 to 4 times a day.
